Jabrafication

During my time as a Creative Lead at Sonic Minds, I had the pleasure on working on a couple of projects together with Jabra. While I can’t disclose some specifics about the projects themselves, I can tell you about the overall process.

Iterative Co-Design

Exploration Focused

To nail the identity of these new product sounds, a variety of different styles were designed and discussed throughout the process, making sure that we explored thoroughly before settling on a direction.

The same approach was chosen for the functionality of each, explored how we could best convey what the product was trying the tell the user, through sound.

Jabra wanted new sounds for a range of products they were creating, to highlight both how they as a brand but also their products had progressed.

An iterative co-design process was the approach used for sound creation, with various stakeholders having a lot of say in what fit both the functionality of the products, but also what fit Jabra as an overall brand.
