Creation of UI sounds for the project.
Moments of Space
Moments of Space is a meditation application focusing on mindfulness through ancient meditation techniques. They wanted to build an application that could support health daily habits and well-being.
As a part of this, they wanted an audio logo to match their identity, as well as UI sounds to highlight the significant parts of the users journey, such as meditation begin and end.

UI Sounds
The UI sounds were designing from the layers of the audio logo, to keep the soundscape consistent throughout the entire application.
This included sounds for reaching a meditation milestone, notification sounds, errors and beginning and ending a medition.
A core goal here was to make the UI sounds subtle, yet still distinct enough to guide the user. We needed to not disturb the user in any way during their meditation.
The audio logo sought to represent four pillars: Body, Heart, Mind and Space.
Each of these pillars had to have a strong representative sound within the audio, that could later be extracted into various functionalites for UI sounds. This ended with a strong downwards melody for grounding the body and soul. An opening swell to represent the heart and the growing into a stronger self. A ripple of delayed notes to signify the mind, and the river of thoughts coming from it. And the lastly, a deep bassy layer to signify space, through a sort of heartbeat sound.
